For optimal results, it is recommended to consume the intestinal cleanse **three times daily as a shake**. Mix **one sachet of powder with 400 ml of water** for a maximum of **15 seconds**. Mixing for longer may result in an undesirably thick consistency. The cleanse includes **12 sachets** and is designed for a **four-day programme**.

To complement protein intake, the **Organic Natural Protein Wild Blueberry** can be used **two to three times daily**. Stir **one heaped teaspoon of powder** into **300 ml of water, juice or plant-based milk**.
