Swiss Mountain Clinic Coffee – 250 g whole beans
This coffee combines carefully selected Arabica and Canephora beans with traditional Swiss wood-fired roasting. The blend consists of 50% Arabica
and 50% Canephora and is ideal for automatic coffee machines, espresso, and lungo.
The coffee is roasted in Switzerland. Our roaster has stood for artisan-roasted coffee since 2015 and roasts most of its coffees over a wood fire. A 60-kg Trabattoni drum roaster, fueled by Swiss wood, is used for this process. This traditional roasting method requires a lot of experience, attention, and precise timing.
Through collaboration with the Swiss "coffee pope" in the specialty coffee sector, a carefully coordinated roast with high flavor demands was created. Thanks to a strong network, suppliers were selected who are in direct contact with the farms and source fairly traded beans of high quality.
Taste & Character
The combination of Arabica and Canephora ensures a balanced profile: aromatic, strong, and pleasantly round. The Arabica content brings fine, complex notes to the cup, while Canephora gives the coffee body, intensity, and a stable crema.

Preparation recommendation
For best results, grind the beans fresh and adjust the grind setting according to your machine. Set it a little finer for espresso, and medium-fine for lungo or automatic coffee machines. Store in a dry, cool, and dark place.

After opening, seal tightly and store in a dry, cool, and dark place. Do not store in the refrigerator, as coffee easily absorbs foreign odors.
