Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,

  • In the case of multiple goods from a single order that are delivered separately: from the day on which the last item was taken into possession.

Exercising the right of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the deadline expires .

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For refunds, we will use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the cancellation was communicated.

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the deadline expires.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

  • which are delivered sealed and

  • which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene ,

  • if their seal has been removed after delivery .

This applies in particular to food supplements whose original safety seal has been opened or damaged.
