The vegetarian capsule shell made of cellulose enables stable, clean administration of the oily formulation. The dosage is suitable both for basic daily supply and for conscious supplementation in special phases of life.

Why vitamin D3 + K2 are a sensible combination
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and muscles. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.
Why the ratio of vitamin D3 and K2 is crucial
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 have a complementary effect in the body, but fulfill different tasks. While vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium, among other things, vitamin K2 supports the targeted use of calcium in the body.
A balanced ratio of both vitamins is therefore particularly important - especially with regular vitamin D supplementation. VitaRex Vitamin D3 + K2 is formulated in such a way that the daily intake of 2000 I.U. vitamin D3 is usefully supplemented with 60 µg vitamin K2. The vitamin K contained is in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7) - a readily bioavailable form of vitamin K2 that is particularly suitable for daily supplementation.
This dosage is based on current nutritional recommendations and has been deliberately chosen to be suitable for everyday use - for long-term, safe supplementation without overdosing on individual components.
